The gentleman that help us at the office of 112 W 11th street in Lake Charles , LA was very professional , kind and curious. .not only was it affordable.....He reserved our uhaul for us over the phone. It was a quick and hassle free pick up and drop off.. I give them a A++++.... and will recommend their service to my friends and family. .. nice job yall. Toni PReview the return procedures thoroughly at the time of the rental, I had difficulty online, trying to close the rental out. I wasn’t able to complete the online closeout process and according to my daughter, I may be penalized for that. I’m not sure hopefully not. Otherwise everything was fine.
