once i opened the back of the truck to start loading my belongings, i saw that they had roaches in the back .. i go in my house to grab raid to maybe spray the two i saw but as i started spraying more came out . i went back to the u haul place to see if they could give me a different truck or at least give me some of my money back but the guy i talked to was so rude . he told me there wasn’t any roaches in the back of the truck because he cleaned that truck out this morning … i told him come outside and come look and he then said “ no i don’t need to come outside to see anything because i know there isn’t any “ . if i could upload the pictures i would.

We needed a trailer for our wedding to bring food, alcohol, and lots of DIY decorations 6 hours away. He gave me his personal number and was flexible when it came to returning it after we were exhausted from our wedding weekend and what then became an 8 hour drive back. Would definitely recommend him!
