Ensure truck is maintained. First truck air conditioner didn’t work. Second truck showed low tire pressure. Had to waste time, money and mileage putting air in tires.

Kenneth BNo after-hour dropoff. You would expect a long store hours especially on weekends but no. Store hours too short. If you work typical hours on week days, this place is not for you. Paid for extra day and insurance because i couldn't return because of my work. I had to take time off work next day to return. The only pro is that the guy at the desk is really nice. I ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT RECOMMEND.
Samson OAlway great service at this location . If uhaul can re add 16401 lakeshore on its web site, when you put in address and it directs you to other locations , so you have to call the office and or stop in person, to get a truck
