My original place of reservation was running behind with my renal so I had to go 20 miles away to get this truck and return it to the same place citing me 40 miles that were not expecting to have. This is crazy and the guy at this location was very rude!!!
MARISSA GThe Uhaul attendant was terrible, impolite, rude, and lazy. The equipment was completely iced and snowed over and almost caused a serious accident when trying to load equipment as the was an inch of ice over the deck of the trailer and the gate would barely operate. The block the tongue jack normally sits on was missing so the trailer was to low to the ground to attach without using tools and time to reconfigure the vehicles hitch. This same block I was told to make sure it was brought back the last time i rented this equipment and now it's missing and i was given a shrug by the attendant. I cannot understate how cantankerous and utterly in effective the uhaul personnel was!
NATHAN RTrucks were ready when promised. The whole move went well. Have used them before and would again.
MARK II have rented multiple trailers from this location; always easy and convenient. Bill is very helpful getting the trailer hooked up and gets me on my way quickly.
