Charged an extra day for being 4 hours late I guess. Even though it doesn't say that it has to be back at a certain time. My receipt said pick up the 15th of May and drop off the 17th of May. No where does it say the time it has to be back. So was charged an extra 100 dollars. Uhaul need to learn how to pro rate it's time. So unfair it just charges an extra day.
Joe VNo one was at the U-Haul counter when I dropped off the unit so I had to unhitch it myself. (I am 80 years old) I have used this location in the past and will likely use it again.
