While the customer service agent was friendly and informed, there are a few things that should be mentioned. -The truck had less than a half a tank of gas when I picked it up at a gas station… Not sure why it wouldn’t be full to start out with. -The truck was up on a hill a half a block away that I had to find amongst all the other similar trucks. Not sure why. It wouldn’t be down in the parking lot ready for me because I had a reservation. -The inside of the truck was very clean however the windshield was totally covered with dead bugs. The truck ran well and the return was easy.

PARKER BHave often rented a utility trailer from this location. Easy to access. Rentals look clean and well maintained. The gentleman who helps us is definitely knowledgeable and efficient. He goes out of his way to make sure things go well.
