Great CS ! But the van wasn’t clean. NOT the fault of the booking agent, but feel I was overpriced for my van & my repeat business, & not taken care of fir that kind of charges. That I am disappointed in !

The windshield was not clean and we had to scrub it before our trip. Also, the air was not working properly on the truck. Not sure if this location knew that.
