It could have bee a bit cleaner - overall, it was kind of clean but the dog hair on the seats and dirty tissues and other garbage in the door pockets should have been cleaned out and the cupholders on the dash needed to have the gross stuff cleaned out (it looked like oatmeal, so you know what it really was). The outside of the van and cargo area were very clean.

The drop box was not easy to find. Maybe put a sign somewhere in the parking lot showing wher the drop box is?
KIMRAJ SThe app wouldn't work on location at pickup or drop off. And the attendant had absolutely no idea what he was doing. He had to call someone to assist him multiple times to complete both pickup and drop off.

RAJENDRA NI only have compliments for this office. The people running it really understand what it takes to make it simple for the renters. The trucks are there when they said they would be, loaded with the blankets, hand trucks, etc. I've used this location a couple times now and I'm sure I'll be back.
