They made a big mistake with my bill after I dropped the 10 foot truck off. A big overdraft will happen with my bank, which is a problem. Sunday nobody was there of course at the U-Haul building so now I have to wait to get the money back. I called them this morning Monday.

Location was 10/10, however, the online check-in process was a nightmare. I kept getting either "resource not available", 404, or "Server unable to respond" throughout the entire process. I had to keep hitting refresh repeatedly until I got to the next screen in the process.
