Easy easy rental procedure.
ROSS MTrailer was buried in back and no one there to help us get it out. My son and I had to drag it out so we could get it hooked up to truck.

JOHN TEmployee did well but I would ask for more information as they go through the process. He does it all day, this was my first time. Overall great experience. I think you should ask questions about your process, system and support. I’ve got feedback for that.
