I received the vehicle almost out of gas and I was charged over 300 miles then what I used. Totaling about a five hundred overcharge. This was a horrible experience.

Reserved items that were not available upon pickup. The gas level on the paperwork did not match the gas in the truck which caused an overcharge at drop off.
Paul ENot enough support. Only one employee. Cant handle traffic. Long wait time over hour.
