JOHN AIn person representatives very friendly and helpful. Was extremely frustrated with central U-Haul calling to tell me I couldn't reserve that way, even when done in person with a representative. Even after I had to go again in person to enter reservation once again, got another call. Very frustrating. Please trust your local representatives and let them rent as they see fit.
JENIFER JI had ordered a 20'. The day before they called and said they didn't have one but I could drive 8 miles more and get one. I was stunned! They couldn't go the 8 miles and pick that one up for me? I had a 26' which was much larger then I needed and on a 2200 mile trip, I paid a lot more for the gas. The truck bed was not clean but the cab was.
