In person representatives very friendly and helpful. Was extremely frustrated with central U-Haul calling to tell me I couldn't reserve that way, even when done in person with a representative. Even after I had to go again in person to enter reservation once again, got another call. Very frustrating. Please trust your local representatives and let them rent as they see fit.
JENIFER JWhile the location is fine, it was not the location I selected. Why was the wanted truck shown to be available at one location just to be switched. Although I was advised of the switch via email, I mistakenly believed it was another confirmation/reminder. The point of a reservation is to get the truck at the location and time wanted. I have a good mind to believe this was a bait and switch.
