They weren't open when I dropped off but they had a very large sign with drop of instructions while using uhaul app. Easy access drop of spots on a busy road but safe getting in and out of there lot.

jack t/The office was a closet. the place was crowded with furniture. No inside markings of Uhaul in the store. sign up took for ever. Insurance was added on that I did not request and they actually hooked up the wrong size trailer the first time. However drop off was easy peasy and a pleasant experience in Holland Mi.
