Make sure it's open when it supposed to. It's not lite up. No drop boxs! Had to put contract , squeezed it between doors. I had to call u haul 4xs because they hung up or passed me to a phone number telling me your closed. You need to improve customer service. It took a girl in San Diego ca, to help me in Florida. Shame on you uhaul.

We were given a drop off location on the contract and when I got there they advised me they wouldn’t take it and I needed to take it to another location. This whole rental was a cluster.

The amount of stars given is not a reflection upon the gentlemen working there. They were polite but confused when I showed up as a self check in. They did not know that I was arriving because I did the self check in. Perhaps UHAUL's automated system is lacking in providing advanced notice to the site where we pickup vehicles.
