Hard to find, as the location is behind a shopping center along Lake Worth Rd, but it was super easy to check in on the phone , rent a truck of my choice on site, and return it later that day all from my phone. Prompt email receipt afterward that was accurate and correct.

There was no one there to help load the trailer onto the car. And when we ask for help was told that it would be $100 labor charge. Also the plug to connect the lights had the pins broken off, which required us to go searching at another location for a replacement. We had to call a family member to come help us load the trailer onto the car as my wife and I are both 82 years old and did not have the strength to load the 6 x 12 onto the hitch. The only contact we had with an agent at this location was by phone and text. All this caused us to lose at least two hours from our plan of moving. It would’ve been nice at the advertisement expressed that there was no help on site. Over the past several months we have used U-Haul several times and spent several thousand dollars with you and up to this point. I’ve been very pleased with the service. based on this last adventure, I would never ever use this location again and hopefully will not need to use any location in the future.
Frank DThe location has nothing showing as a U-Haul location and that's tough to find. Also, looking at my bank account, I noticed that was charged 3 times , I was even charged for "Safe Move" w/out being asked (I would never agree w/ that). I will try to get my "extra" charge" returned tomorrow, before taking any other action.
CLAUDIO CWe turned it in 6 hours early and nobody was there so we left the contract. Three days later they texted they were going to report it stolen. I called and they apologized and still charged me $80
