DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! COMPLETE THIEVES! I picked up and dropped off the U-Haul on Saturday 9/26. Dropped off the keys in their orange lockbox as instructed. These people have been trying to charge my debit card for more days. I’ve called several times and left messages with no answer back; only to get an email today with invoice for drop off 9/28 5:42 PM . They should have camera footage to show the truck was dropped off the same day on 9/26 ! Thank God I took a video of everything.NEVER AGAIN! STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE

How U-Haul Reviews WorkDoudle check where u returning the truck because they change my location without telling me, I had to drive about 20m more then what I had . Plus they charging me 17$ for gas and I returned the same amount.

Chenhao YThey were supposed to be open but they were closed. There was a U-Haul facility on the next block with plenty of trucks. My rental was moved to this location 7 miles out of the way. It took me an hour in extreme heat to finally gain access to the truck.
Michael Si returned the trailer to this dance studio location as directed on wednesday Aug 5th, and was told i would be check in later that day...well i did not receive a confirmation until sunday aug 9th...........and the drop off information on my receipt was NOT accurate. i am old school if i drop it off dont have me on the liability hook for days later to check me in...........
