first my pick up was changed further than my house second it a dance school that make you waits until she done teaching . waited almost 35 minute for her. Than my reservations was for $111.20 and i was charged to my card $327.26 which is a major credit card so NO deposit needed I will place a hold and my card and fighting this fee , will never use uhaul again this has been and issue every time my company rents from them

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThere were no people to talk to other than by phone. There were no people at the store or the drop off location. There was no store just a drop off location. I would not recommend this to anybody.
Richard sDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! COMPLETE THIEVES! I picked up and dropped off the U-Haul on Saturday 9/26. Dropped off the keys in their orange lockbox as instructed. These people have been trying to charge my debit card for more days. I’ve called several times and left messages with no answer back; only to get an email today with invoice for drop off 9/28 5:42 PM . They should have camera footage to show the truck was dropped off the same day on 9/26 ! Thank God I took a video of everything.NEVER AGAIN! STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE
ANDREA RDoudle check where u returning the truck because they change my location without telling me, I had to drive about 20m more then what I had . Plus they charging me 17$ for gas and I returned the same amount.
