They were supposed to be open but they were closed. There was a U-Haul facility on the next block with plenty of trucks. My rental was moved to this location 7 miles out of the way. It took me an hour in extreme heat to finally gain access to the truck.
Michael Si returned the trailer to this dance studio location as directed on wednesday Aug 5th, and was told i would be check in later that day...well i did not receive a confirmation until sunday aug 9th...........and the drop off information on my receipt was NOT accurate. i am old school if i drop it off dont have me on the liability hook for days later to check me in...........

It’s just a drop off location and after spending $6000 on the rental and another 400 to 500 in Fuel, you will expect to have some personal service there when returning this size magnitude vehicle; I have to tell you that I didn’t mind that I had to take all the pictures upload pictures of the interior; the fuel gauge; the pictures of inside the body; both frightened left sides of the vehicle and front and back. It’s very time-consuming. I did enough work. I drove over 18 1/2 hours loaded the truck unloaded the truck. I don’t need to do extra work. I paid a good amount of money for this rental and I just feel that Uhaul should have a representative there to do the check-in and and help expedite the check-in… Thanks, Greg D & family
Gregory DMuy difícil de encontrar el local, no tienen ningun logo de ellos, el GPS te lleva correctamente al lugar pero luego te encuentras perdido porque no hay nada q los identifiquen. Hay q preguntar porque no sabes si estás en el lugar correcto
