Worst U-Haul experience I've ever had and got charged for something I didn't agree to. Luckily the area manager refunded the charge
Marco A.They overcharged for items we never rented/used (doley, blankets, added insurance, etc) & after repeated calls never call back to resolve the issue. Finally had to call corporate to get the charges fixed but disappointing nonetheless it took this much effort. Recommend using another location if at all possible.
