Have a backup if the system is down. We had our pickup scheduled for 9am days prior. Because the system was down, it got delayed until 10:30am or so. Why is there not a backup system in place, such as paper contracts.

BENJAMIN WThe trailer fender was smashed which made it difficult to fold down to get out of the car after loaded but Uhaul knew about it and was in the prosses of getting it repaired, other than that it was in fine working order
