A soda or snack machine in the lobby would be a nice addition. Other than that I don't see any improvements needed.

NICOLE SAwful. Old equipment, heavy mileage, gearbox issues. Slow checkin & checkout. Expensive mile rate . Never again. Many others do far far better than UHAUL. Probably run by executives that are out of touch with customers & markets
