No improvement necessary. Staff was excellent.
BJ nNothing worked. The app didn’t work. The store’s phone didn’t work. Receiving text codes didn’t work. The store didn’t have multiple of the accessory items I added to my order (dolly and half of the moving blankets). There was no point in doing the app-based check-in since I had to walk in an spend a half hour to get the truck. The only easy part was leaving the key at the end.
Joseph CI wish the trailer would have been inspected and ready before pickup. I had to call roadside to get a new wheel/tire and it delayed my departure by 5 hours.
