Nothing worked. The app didn’t work. The store’s phone didn’t work. Receiving text codes didn’t work. The store didn’t have multiple of the accessory items I added to my order (dolly and half of the moving blankets). There was no point in doing the app-based check-in since I had to walk in an spend a half hour to get the truck. The only easy part was leaving the key at the end.

I wish the trailer would have been inspected and ready before pickup. I had to call roadside to get a new wheel/tire and it delayed my departure by 5 hours.
