CRAIG SWhile there were some issues with the rental, the responsiveness from this location was much more than I received than contacting UHAUL directly. This store assured it was an isolated incident and that proper action would be taken place to correct any future issues. Zach in particular went over and beyond, starting with being empathic to the stressful situation of moving as it is, with the added stress of the truck rental. Secondly, he was quick to action to resolve and escalate my complaint. Hands down one of the best customer experiences thus far.
