absolutely no help from eximpressions they actually locked the door after we went in once asking about where to drop off back lot was just a big parking lot - nice big spaces
James LMade a reservation for a 10 foot truck. Upon arrival truck was not available. I had to pay more for a bigger truck because they couldn’t fulfill my reservation. Totally unfair and unprofessional. Truck was too big to keep at my residence so I had to park elsewhere and walk a considerable distance, which would t have happened if I simply received what I ordered. Bad experience
JOSHUA LDrop off location was hard to find. No visible UHaul signs to help customers find the place. Question: Who in there right mind would have a Dance Studio renting UHaul trucks?
Wilfredo NTruck had garbage in the cab( empty drink containers and such). The back of the truck was not swept out. Paper and fake plant parts. The traction light said it needed service and the grade breaking kept engaging
