Provide vendor sufficient accesories. I had elected to rent 12 pads, they had none. I also asked to rent dolly's, they only had 1 available.
CHRISTOPHER TFirst, the day before our move, they changed our vocation to another location to pick up the truck. We had rented 2 dollies, and we had to go to a different location to get those because once we got to the new location, they didn't have those Once we finished our move, we found out that they had changed our drop off location without permission, due to the drop off location, paving their parking lot and then had to take and go twenty minutes out of our way to drop off the truck at a new location. A move is already hard enough, thanks for adding to the stress.
christina fHaving to deal with the language barrier was a bit frustrating when checking out. But the most frustrating was when I was told to go hook up the trailer myself as they pointed to the back of the lot. Very unprofessional……
