MATTHEW WWe were charged an additional 20 dollar deposit because they did not accept visa. So they took visa and the extra deposit anyway. We had the unit back in 1 hour and it will take 2 weeks to get a refund. If its just 20 bux then why does it matter? Why did it matter to you so much?
