The drop off location is closed on the weekend so I didnt have anyone to assist me with checkout. Thankfully, I had someone to help me lift the trailer off the hitch. The check-in process was a breeze on the mobile app.

RICHARD DThe employee promised to explain how to load my car on the trailer, but then didn't. The truck needs new brakes. The truck should have been through a car wash and swept out. The center console and floor boards were dirty.
