The return was simple.
MICHAEL TEquipment was clean but had maintenance issues. Headlights pointed down too far to drive at night safely at freeway speeds. Missing wing nut on the dolly locking mechanism caused the dolly to go flying in the cab long before picking anything up and also costing us the extra fee associated with "using" the dolly. (I eventually tied the dolly to the side of the vehicle to keep it from moving in the cab)
Burton RProbably good to specify where the key drop box is, it was on the other side of the property from where the uhaul trucks were and that was a bit confusing
Alejandra GThe only bad thing was I requested an appliance dolly and told they've never carried one. Just a heads up if you are moving an appliance to try and get a dolly elsewhere.
