David KThe guys in the office behind the desk were very unprofessional. One had his feet proped up on the desk, he didn't take them down at all. They were complaining about their job. Never introduced themselves. The greeting was very bad. I couldn't find the truck, they didn't offer to walk us to it. They were just not helpful at all, I have a picture of them with the one guy who sign me out with his feet up on the desk. They looked very lazy, not a good way to represent your company. I made a remark of how relaxed he just shrugged his shoulders. The other guy was starring at my daughter and me like we were from another planet. I'd never go to that location again. I needed information about renting the truck possibly longer, short response with no information.
