Owner was angry we we dropping off truck “early and said we should have called him. He was yelling, rude and acted physically aggressive. He complained there was some dirt in the back of the truck and we should have cleaned it out. I got a broom and started cleaning it out and he continued to yell and said “ I’m charging you a cleaning fee, even if you clean it out”. To be honest I was half tempted to call the police as I felt uncomfortable and was worried about a physical altercation.

KRISTINE DThis location was beyond amazing. I called 3 other locations in Auburn, CA that did not have a trailer, and they were very unpleasant and unhelpful. This location was my 4th call and went above and beyond to make the process of getting a trailer quickly, affordable and even offered help showing me step by step what I needed to do to load and unload from my vehicle. I will always come here even though I live about 30 mins away. The owner was incredibly sweet and I could tell she cares about the customers.
