ROBERT GPick-up location was fine, but U-Haul changed the size of my rental without telling me, I only found out after the location gave me the wrong size trailer. I reserved a 5x8, and the location gave me a 4x8. Luckly I was able to make it work, but I was not happy about U-Haul shafting me, and then leaving the pick-up location to deal with it.
