Our original location to pick up was at Larrys Deli and the person that check us in is not able yo find the key for the other truck that needs to moved since the big truck is blocking the one that we rented. It took longer and we were sent to a different location to pick up a truck and it costs us more since we did not reserved it at that location. I believe I should be refunded for the difference. Not happy with what happened.

Shyam KOverall, my experience was good. The truck was clean and appeared to be well maintained. However, I noticed a concerning issue with the steering while driving. The steering feels like it is slipping or not responding properly during turns, which made the truck feel unsafe to operate. I recommend having the truck inspected as soon as possible, as I would be concerned about anyone driving it for long distances, or possibly even at all, until the issue has been addressed.
