They are unable to assist with transport set up. They send you to another location 30 minutes away that can assist. Causing an hour delay in trip.

Location made it easy to drop off. No issues. Only feedback is for uhaul corporate. It’s difficult to get the pictures of the truck with tight spacing.
Joshua WNote that the 6x12 trailers are extremely heavy and require 2 people to lift there’s no one at this location to help. I’m very surprised these don’t come with a jack
Spencer HCheck-in went well. George was very friendly and thorough. I tried calling a few times to see if they were opened so I could check in the truck, but there was no answer and no voice mail. Some locations have different hours for their U-Haul operation than their main business. So operating hours were confusing on the web site.
