The lady that we rented the U-Haul from was friendly efficient and very, very very helpful. I would recommend this location to everyone. She couldn’t have been nicer. The movers however, were another story. They were contracted for 9 o’clock by 9:30 when after repeated phone calls, I finally got a text back that said the movers wouldn’t be there until 1230, which was not convenient for the person we were taking the furniture from nor us. I explained that I had to have the truck back. His response was, and I am quoting, “ well that was not very realistic as far as how you scheduled things they will get there around 10 3011 it’s a Sunday”. After several heated phone calls, they got there at 12:15. They did not know to take the backs off the couch. When we told him to put a mat underneath the concrete as they were scratching the side of the couch the young man asked me how else would he like me to get that in… Any movers know that when you move a reclining sofa, the backs lift right off. I would never recommend nor use this company again. I did not leave a review on their site because I don’t really want them to know how I feel about them. They were very intimidating. I want you to understand that it has no reflection at all on where I rented the truck from. That person was excellent! But I did get these movers through a U-Haul recommendation and I will never do that again.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkLocation was very convenient from my home. Check in and check out were easy, fast, and convenient. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly and quick to get me in and out quickly. The only issue I had was there was little parking to get in and out of the U-Haul location. It was a bit challenging parking the trailer at the conclusion of the rental. Overall great experience and I will use this location again.
