The gentleman that took care of me was awesome, his name was George. He was so personable and friendly. He helped me with all the things I needed to do to take the rental. Steve LQR code at pickup box didn't work so store clerk had to input info. Truck had been dropped off by previous renter with a trailer attached so clerk also had to detach. She was friendly and efficient
