The U-Haul app is not good I’ve rented multiple trucks over the past few weeks (probably at least 6 times) and every time I do the check in (picking up the truck) myself, the app does not allow me to upload the pictures of the truck and so the whole process is halted. You can’t move on to approve the mileage and the fuel level. So every time I have to start a Uhaul chat And then I have to wait for them to send me the link for the check out process It’s very frustrating and time consuming
