Have the reserved equipment at the location promised. The next location we were sent to did not have the equipment either. The third location was to far away and we would have to wait for a phone call at some time during the day to see what time the equipment would be available. We were on a tight schedule and this totally delayed our time schedule. That was unacceptable. Maybe have the promised equipment you promised there avaliable for pick up.

TODD CThe location is not well marked and hard to find. The trailer had an almost flat tire which we discovered later. Upon returning the trailer after 4 hours the shop was closed? At noon?
