We returned the truck after the location was closed, so we didn't actually interact with the personnel. However, they had clear instructions and a well labeled key drop off that made the return easy without anyone there.

samuel rThe pickup location I requested was not honored because they didn’t have stock. We were given an alternate location 15 miles away-out of the way. Don’t offer a pick up location that can’t be accommodated. I was told by customer service the norm is that inventory is not at requested location most times.
