The lock to retrieve the key was very stiff and hard to operate. The location on Haco is out of the way and annoying to get to from my house across town. A heads up when I selected the location regarding traffic and construction would have been very helpful. The truck was very creaky with a partially malfunctioning drivers door. The radio had a loose connection and kept switching to auxiliary. The floor of the back was very worn and damaged.

Overall the staff (one person, had to wait a while) was helpful and friendly but the truck was dirty, I took it back home and cleaned the entire thing, inside and out, the box also leaked water (rain) and damaged my daughter's bed so we had to deal with that after reaching her new apartment, I think the truck had been in an accident so had a lot of wind noise from the driver's door while driving.
Paul GOnly thing lacking was availability of rental supplies like, mattress covers, more boxes, packing material; they could provide a dolly and moving blankets.
