The staff was very professional and helpful. The trailer was ready for pickup at the agreed time. The staff hitched it to my vehicle and when I returned it the next day they unhitched the trailer. Couldn't have asked for a smoother running rental experience.

Kialie SMake sure the drop off location time matches the time you are supposed to drop off equipment. Example we were supposed to drop off the equipment at 7 am and the place wasn't open until 8 am. Therefore we had to use the u haul app to drop off the equipment.
ALANNA SPlease replace the windshield wipers. The passenger side windshield wiper did not work at all and left the window streaked. Also the doors do no fully seal.
