I was charged for an extra day even though I called customer service and dropped off the truck before the agreed time, and I was not told there would be an extra charge

What is the purpose of having a reservation if you can’t guarantee the equipment I reserved. The customer service was poor. Being told, “I should be happy I have a truck” when made a reservation 6 weeks in advance is unacceptable

Don HThey didn't clarify or mention anything about going over the milage and we were 4 gals under, only 4! Poor communication on their half. They were very very unhelpful
Ty BNobody there . Used the drop off apps but I would rather drop the trailer off to a real person . Other people where confused about dropping off and picking up while I was there.
