I only said that personnel weren't helpful because there weren't any. It was a holiday (memorial day). The return process was simple using the u-haul app.

Robert HThe app is not very good I had a hard time using 2fa and had to call the company. Getting instructions emailed the night before would be better and have staff do pre/post photos like why am I doing UHauls job?
