The siding door to open would get stuck and the lever and handle and close latch were rusty.
MARIO GThere was no U-Haul personnel there at the time I rented the vehicle. The truck had not been serviced. It was left the way the last renter returned it. The fuel was half a tank. When I returned it no one from U-Haul was there to check me in. I did refill the tank to the 1/2 tank level. I was also informed that 6 hrs is a day rental. The truck ran ok and I did get a receipt by email but not the experience I expect from U-Haul
Glen LThe parking/loading area only had one entrance/exit and was a bit overcrowded with equipment and cars. Maneuvering around was tight with my truck, so be aware that it may take a bit of skillful driving to be able to hook up trailers from this location.
Matthew MMy recent experience with U-Haul was unacceptable. Despite having a confirmed reservation, I was forced to visit multiple locations before obtaining the truck that was supposed to be ready at my requested site. To make matters worse, a U-Haul employee canceled my packing supply order at the first location without justification, causing further delays. This demonstrates a serious lack of accountability and reliability within your system. Customers should not have to bear the consequences of corporate and employee negligence.
