They did not calculate distance right and I had to pay extra because of it

Renting was easy trailer was perfect and staff was exceptional
anthony lOver the years we have used many different U Haul methods of transport in many states at many locations. Their service reps are always friendly, helpful and accommodating….never disgruntled about last minute changes to equipment, destinations or use dates.
Rod BThe staff on this location at first seemed like customers not professional. Also they weren't able to help with a discount that clearly was in the screen and in my phone reservation. Either they did not want to input the discount or was on U-Haul discretion. Bottom line the issue was not resolved there and is pending a file complaint I submitted on 9/14/2024 regarding the non-discount rate I was promised upon reserving. The only good thing was that equipment was clean.
