The office of this facility had a phone through which we had to conduct our transaction. The owner of. J and B auto sales.had us talking to some off site person the whole. We were not given any paperwork to take with us to Fort Myers. And no call was made to let us know where to drop off.

The location is really small so parking is super tight especially if you aren’t used to driving big trucks. And the guy we picked up from didn’t speak English. Very polite, but we were having trouble with the app and it made the pick process a little harder with the language barrier.
Maralisa SHours state opens at 0900 AM, however they were not open at that time. They have a locked gate that blocks any entrance to the property, making it impossible to drop off the vehicle. Choose somewhere else.
