I was sent to Majestic , a very marginal facility, to pickup a trailer when the trailer I had reserved at the U-Haul Center at 1900 S Decatur could not be found. This whole thing was very disruptive and disappointing

First of all, the man behind the counter acted like it was an inconvenience to him to check me in. Then when I attempted to pay in cash, I was rudely told they didn't accept cash. I've used cash on previous rentals. Some sort of notice needs to be on the app/website. Truck was dirty, damages photographed. Clothing left in cab. I ordered a dolly and upon inspection of the vehicle, no dolly was provided. When I went back to the counter, the man was on his call phone. He paused briefly so I could show him my receipt paying for the dolly. He pointed across the room and told me to get it. Wtf
LAUREL BI was having issues with the APP to do a online check in when I picked up the truck it wasn’t very user friendly but the guy at the desk was helpful and efficient so I was in and out very fast after getting the truck I needed to extend the time which I was able to do via the App and I was able to return the truck via the app
Courtney CPlease train employees to explain if you rent for multiple days but deliver equipment to different location one way that they will not get a refund on rental. I paid $475 for what ended up being a 1 day rental and that was including gas. The gentleman at the delivery location let me know and I was upset to say the least. Next time I'm thinking of going with a different rental company. I could have gotten a rental car cheaper.
MICHELE MI received a call about 15 minutes before my reservation that the location I reserved my vehicle at did not have one for me and to arrive at another location instead. The new location was about 20 minutes away from me and relative to the original location was far in the opposite direction of where we needed to go. This put a rush on us to travel to make the pick up time and doubled the cost of the ride share we needed to get to and from the pick up location so overall a very negative experience with additional/unexpected costs.
