The employees at the location were great! Very friendly and customer service oriented. The app process was lacking and was extremely difficult to navigate. The process was slow and could have had a few of the items that were requested done earlier. I send over a copy of my DL days before, and when I picked up the truck, the app asked me to send it again.

DIANE CStorage Durango Blue Diamond staff immediately greeted us on arrival, attentive/active listening demonstrated, and well versed on the policies and procedures with the truck rental agreement to include detailed explanation; rental office was very clean. As we were completing the rental contract, the other agent answered the telephone; a customer walked in and was very demanding that her questions be addressed immediately. The woman helping me (agent SCHAVEZ24) politely stated she was finishing up with me and that she would address her concerns next. That customer insisted again in a loud tone of voice that she needed to be helped immediately due to her having to be at work shortly, the agent politely stated that she would be helped as soon as she was done with me or the other agent was off the telephone; great de-escalation. All of my questions were answered to my satisfaction. A variety of moving supplies are available for purchase, and miscellaneous items are available for rent, such as a dolly/hand truck. This is my second rental at this location (under my spouse's name last time). The truck cabin was clean, a/c was cold; the cargo area was clean and smelled of cleaning agent. We returned to this location because of the comments I have listed.I will return if rental or storage unit is needed. 5 stars across the board. Sincerely, R.E.
