It seems crazy that U-haul charges mileage and then also requires you to fill the gas tank too. That seems like double dipping. The truck and service were fine though.

federico G.Truck was so dirty. Trash from previous customer was till in cabin. Water bottles, papers, wrappers. Windshield was caked with bug guts. Horrible experience. I have never rented such a U-Haul of this manner. Unacceptable.
