This is a great location. Epic storage (U-Haul location) is always clean, well maintained, the office staff are extremely nice here and very helpful. It’s so easy to pay and rent from this location. I will not rent from any other storage company close by and there are many. Give the staff a raise and all the praise.

Great staff. Very friendly.
HURRICANE HI'm a 5'1" female, and the key drop box is very high; I had to stand on my toes to barely reach it. Then the key wouldn't go in because it is a straight-line slot, and the key is attached to a ring attached to a plastic card. Because of the ring, it wouldn't fit in the drop box. I had to take all 3 pieces apart, which wasn't easy, and then put all 3 in the box. Lower the box and make the slot a half inch wider.

ELPIDIO RInside was a little dusty. Also while driving the “service airbag” light came on at least twice. The attendant was at lunch when I dropped the vehicle off so could not report it to her. She was overall very friendly and knowledgeable at check in.
