Truck never got serviced and issued very dirty with what we found to need an alignment as it tracked tp the left and wheel was canted to right. Also.back up lights appeared not to work upon arrival.Michael D.

So I took pictures of the load I was taking your group of experts recommend A 15' which was too small. I accessed your memos and that seems like a scam to hold the larger trucks for local run. This of course made it so I had to rent another truck and put the remaining stuff in storage. Which makes it so I have to come back down get my remaining stuff home. I talked to 3 of the uhaul staff who made the same recommendation. The blond woman general manger when I confronted her on this said â€œwell we can only guess the size. Im not going to let this go. Nothing everything was perfect customer service was excellent the only thing I know they charge me for extra fuel I brought back with the same amount of fuel but I was charged for more that I was not happy I know the paper said something but once I drove the truck for a few minutes the gas gage when down to 1/4 and that what I brought back with so can you fix that I know is not much but is the principal that I brought back the way I took thank you I been waiting for your responseMarlon A.

When we picked up the truck, everything was clean but when we started the truck the radio was on full volume and when the music came on it scared my wife.Dale M.

When I was returning the truck, the old male Caucasian behind the desk asked â€œdid you put gas?â€. I find it unprofessional especially I am a paying customer and this isn't my first or second or even third time renting a uhaul truck. I think there is no need to ask such question since it's already in the contract that if the customer failed to put gas then there will be an extra charge. Then do just that incase. It sounded like as if I'm returning a grandpa's truck that I borrowed for fucking free.Adrian P.
