Wipe down interior plastics. Also, appliance dolly was ordered online and one was not provided with truck at pickup. This caused major problems for moving.

namankumar pThe vehicle needs mechanical repair as I struggle to control the vehicle as a result of a bad suspension issue on the arm of the vehicle, secondly the fuel system seems tampered with, i had a trip of 10.4m and just as I have to get the gas level back to the level I took it. I bought gas of about 10$ at first the level did not change, I later bought $5 still it did not change all just for a usage of 10.4m. This was bought at a station less than 200m from the drop off point. Thirdly, no receipt was issued, no printout for transaction, not for payment, I dont even know how much I was charged since I used a credit card. This is the worst sales point I have rent U-haul in this Canada. Really disappointed
Olumuyiwa AProvide hands on training for clerks tasked with processing a rental contract. Attendant was polite & well meaning but seemingly inexperienced, resulting in a tediously slow, never ending process while my volunteer moving crew was waiting! In addition when your clerk attempted to put the dolly in the box via the rollup door, he discovered it was frozen/seized in place, thus causing him to put the dolly on floor ahead of passenger seat instead! When I objected & informed him that situation was not acceptable, he claimed it was not his responsibility, but did finally offer to try to resolve issue which he eventually did. Unbelievable !! Never again from an independent, satellite agent. The convenient pickup location is totally overshadowed by the unacceptably delayed rental process, especially compared to my previous experiences with you !! Thanks & best regards , Chris Rappé
