This comment is in regards to the horrible experience i had this time renting this time around with this company. Since you did not send me a survey on how my other renting experience went on the multiple other reservations i made for the same day you will read about it here. This was the third location that i was told to go to for my rental. Your company cancelled my original location in the town where i live, sent me to another location in my town and upon arrival there was no truck and the staff member did not know what the hell went on. Only for me to have to scramble 1hr prior to absolutely needing it having to call your customer service for me to go to another location 20 minutes away from where i lived. I had to find alternate transportation to get to that location because your company fucked up my reservation. My pick up location was great because they actually had what i needed but i am absolutely disappointment in the multiple mishaps and horrible communication on your part. It was a waste of my time and money.
