Tried to charge us for gas, when we brought it back the same. Then tried to charge us an extra day, which was on our contract as a free extra day ( which I confirmed with the original pickup location) she claimed she couldn’t see the contract. She had a bad attitude since she walked out the door, she didn’t even say hello.
nestor cThe service attitude was extremely poor. When I booked a truck online, I clearly stated that I did not want to purchase insurance. However, when I picked up the truck , the lady at the counter added insurance without my consent. When I went to return the truck before the end of the working day, there was no one at the parking lot to complain to. The next day, when I called to inquire, they said that a refund was impossible.
