I mean, the process is simple enough Unfortunately customer service side has much to be desired. Staff at this location arent big on friendliness. In this circumstance they didnt have furniture blankets in stock, which sucked for us because we planned to have them. The gentleman at the cash didnt seem to care one bit, no apology for the inconvenience nothing. A simple- next time go to Uhaul its not my problem. Ive worked in customer service a long time, i was very understanding that there was none although i was annoyed but found it irritating that his attitude sucked. Anyhow lesson learnt. I wont be visiting them again. Its my second time and second time with a similar experience. Oh and they charged me anyway for 12 blankets, i only saw my digital bill when i got home; so now im supposed to find time to go back for a refund.

I have been charged more, the charge still shows on my credit card, called the guys to explain, he was pissed with an attitude, i'm still overcharged. Do not recommend.

JOCELYN LJ'ai louer le camion le 31 mars pour le 1er juillet, nous sommes arrivés et la compagnie était fermée donc impossible de récupérer les clés. Nous sommes allés sur l'application rien ne fonctionnait, sa nous a pris 1h30 pour réussir a parler a quelqu'un et enfin récupérer les clés du camion. J'ai trouver mon expérience vraiment désagréable.
Jennifer MNo control on the return times for the previous reservation so no keys in the box.. made me drive to a new location where no truck was even available so i have to drive back to the original truck but wait for they employe to arrive and open the return box. I do not recommend the self serve service because it seems to be lacking organisation
