L'application u-haul fonctionne très mal, elle ne détecte pas la location et bug constamment. Très difficile d'utiliser le service, pas d'autres options puisque le magasin était fermé lors de ma location de camion.

i got overcharge and i'm still waiting for the reimbursment .
Mouinou TI mean, the process is simple enough Unfortunately customer service side has much to be desired. Staff at this location arent big on friendliness. In this circumstance they didnt have furniture blankets in stock, which sucked for us because we planned to have them. The gentleman at the cash didnt seem to care one bit, no apology for the inconvenience nothing. A simple- next time go to Uhaul its not my problem. Ive worked in customer service a long time, i was very understanding that there was none although i was annoyed but found it irritating that his attitude sucked. Anyhow lesson learnt. I wont be visiting them again. Its my second time and second time with a similar experience. Oh and they charged me anyway for 12 blankets, i only saw my digital bill when i got home; so now im supposed to find time to go back for a refund.
Paul GI have been charged more, the charge still shows on my credit card, called the guys to explain, he was pissed with an attitude, i'm still overcharged. Do not recommend.
