I was given several bits of misinformation. The employees were friendly, but I can't identify whether or not my bill discrepancy started with this location or the drop off location
CICELY CThe interior had an order and equipment could’ve been cleaner. Also, the instructions and description regarding the mileage was misleading. I was not informed that your mileage starts when you drive the vehicle off the premises so for me that was very misleading.

Richard MThe front desk staff was very rude, I spoke twice, and she just looked at me. The inside of the place stunk really bad very dirty. They had cat jumping all over the counter dog barking running around.The truck I got was very nasty had cigarette ashes, tobacco food crumbs all over the seats. When I returned the truck earlier than what I was scheduled, the guy at the desk was rude, I asked him would I be getting any money back? He told me to call corporate. I asked him what was their number and he told me that I can look it up. So NO I will never go there and I would never recommend anybody to go there.
